Kansas State University Study Tour 2017
We have had that chance to welcome 18 students from KSU, a Muscle Biology and Meat Science professor and his wife here in Catalonia for a great 10 day Study Tour. We stayed a few days in Barcelona, with some chocolate and tapas tastings as well as art and architecture tours. Then near Girona we have done more agriculture and Food Science related activities such as IRTA Food Science Center or the meat plant Costa Brava. But also the Dalí Museums, a cooking class with fishermen and a visit to a medieval village.

On the last day of the tour the students had a surprise for me that I discovered one day later in my bag: A Dalí postcard each with very kind words written for me.
